Criteria for the Evergreen Artisan Market
1. The craft article must be:
i. An original idea of the craftsperson/artisan and/or
ii. A skillful rendering of a traditional or skillful design.
2. The use of commercial kits, molds, or presses for mass production are not accepted.
3. Articles that require simple assembly as opposed to skillful manipulation of materials is not accepted.
4. Original design is encouraged in all products at the artisan market. Commercial patterns may be used with discretion. Mass-produced products will not be permitted to be sold (this includes jewelry).
5. Limited edition prints of original paintings and art are allowed.
6. Ready-made parts or components are permitted only if they are subordinate to the total design and craftsmanship of the article.
7. The level of technique involved and the design in terms of its function will be considered in the evaluation of the overall quality of any given piece.
8. Objects must be well-designed both technically and aesthetically. Good design requires the consideration of the elements design (form, line, color, and texture) and the principles of design (contrast, rhythm, repetition, transition, proportion and scale). These components and the way in which they are expressed are integral to the design quality of the finished piece.
9. Customers must be informed of product care and use. Warning labels or tags must accompany the product (ie. Raku pottery cannot go in the dishwasher; this doll is not a toy and should be used for decorative purposes only).
10. The craftsperson is responsible for obtaining and complying with government safety and health regulations as well as regulations regarding labelling. The Prince Albert Council for the Arts assumes no responsibility for the marketers’ compliance with government health, safety, and labelling regulations.
11. Handcrafted soap vendors, natural product vendors, baking vendors, and other vendors may be accepted into the Evergreen Artisan Market at the discretion of the Prince Albert Council for the Arts.

The PA Council for the Arts is pleased to announce the 2024 Evergreen Artisan Market will be held on Friday, November 1st (4:00 pm – 9:00 pm) and Saturday, November 2nd (10:00 am - 5:00 pm) at the E.A. Rawlinson Centre and the Mann Art Gallery in Prince Albert. The Evergreen Artisan Market will host approximately fifty vendors, a coffee house and food bistro, and live entertainment spread throughout the weekend. The goal of the Prince Albert Council for the Arts is to provide a fabulous weekend of shopping while allowing many talented artists and craftspeople the opportunity to sell their high-quality work to an ever-growing market of patrons from central and northern Saskatchewan.
Deadline for Application: September 1, 2024.
Your application will be considered complete and ready for the jury when BOTH this form and your booth fees ($150) have been paid. E-transfers can be emailed to

. Successful vendors will notified by email. If the booth fee is not received within 7 days of application your application will be void.
Successful vendors that have been juried into Evergreen 2024 will be assigned booths by the event organizers. The map of vendor booth locations will be provided a few weeks prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel one month before the Evergreen Artisan Market, you may receive a 50% refund. If you cancel after October 1st, you will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation must be sent as an email to:

Vendor Set Up and Take Down:
Set up is Friday, November 1st between 12 noon and 3:30 pm. Your booth must be ready for the show to open by 4:00 sharp! Take-down will not start until 5:00 on Saturday. Vendors that begin to dismantle their booths before 5:00 may not be accepted into future Evergreen events. Please plan to be packed up and out of the building by 6:30 on Saturday evening.
One six-foot table and one chair will be provided per booth. You are encouraged to bring your own tables, shelves and chairs into your space. Extra tables will not be provided.
We encourage you to bring additional lighting for your booth as the lighting throughout the E.A. Rawlinson Centre can be dim. You are responsible for bringing all extension cords and lighting.
Sharing booths is permissible, but both vendors must be juried separately.
If you are adversely affected by scents, please indicate this so that we may accommodate you.
Wi-fi is available at the E.A. Rawlinson Centre and customers can access funds through the ATM machine onsite.
Artisans must remain at the Evergreen Artisan Market for both days of the show and may NOT leave early on either day (this is nine o'clock on Friday and five o'clock on Saturday). Artisans who leave early on either day will not be accepted back into the show in subsequent years.
By submitting this application, I affirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance, that the jurying process will be conducted impartially, and that all decisions made by the jury are final.
I accept the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that cancelling my application by October 1, 2024, will entitle me to a 50% refund and that I will not be entitled to a refund after this date.
