    2026 Evergreen Artisan Market Application

    The 2026 Evergreen Artisan Market will be held on Friday, November 6th (4:00 pm – 9:00 pm) and Saturday, November 7th (10:00 am - 4:00 pm) at the E.A. Rawlinson Centre and the Mann Art Gallery in Prince Albert. The Evergreen Artisan Market will host more than fifty vendors and a food bistro, with live entertainment throughout the weekend. The Prince Albert Council for the Arts aims to provide a fabulous weekend of shopping while allowing many talented artists and craftspeople the opportunity to sell their high-quality work to an ever-growing market of patrons from central and northern Saskatchewan.

    This is a juried artisan market. Your work must meet the criteria below to be accepted. Digital pictures uploaded in .jpeg or .jpg formats must be included for your application to be accepted.

    Please upload 3 high-quality photos of your art in .jpeg or .jpg format only. The Evergreen committee will use these photos for jury purposes and to promote both Evergreen 2026 and the artists prior to the market. Only the highest quality digital photos can be used.

    Criteria for the Evergreen Artisan Market

    -Must Read and Agree Below-

    1. The craft article must be:
         i.  An original idea of the craftsperson/artisan and/or
         ii. A skillful rendering of a traditional or skillful design.

    2. The use of commercial kits, molds, or presses for mass production is not accepted.

    3. Articles that require simple assembly as opposed to skillful manipulation of materials are not accepted.

    4. Original design is encouraged in all products at the artisan market. Commercial patterns may be used with discretion. Mass-produced products will not be permitted for sale (this includes jewelry).

    5. Limited edition prints of original paintings and art are allowed.

    6. Ready-made parts or components are permitted only if they are subordinate to the total design and craftsmanship of the article.

    7. The level of technique involved and the design in terms of its function will be considered in the evaluation of the overall quality of any given piece.

    8. Objects must be well-designed both technically and aesthetically. Good design requires consideration of the elements of design (form, line, colour, and texture) and the principles of design (contrast, rhythm, repetition, transition, proportion, and scale). These components and their expression are integral to the design quality of the finished piece.

    9. Customers must be informed of product care and use. Warning labels or tags must accompany the product (eg, Raku pottery is not food safe; this doll is not a toy and should be used for decorative purposes only).

    10. The craftsperson is responsible for obtaining and complying with government safety and health regulations as well as regulations regarding labelling. The Prince Albert Council for the Arts assumes no responsibility for the marketers’ compliance with government health, safety, and labelling regulations.

    11. Handcrafted soap vendors, natural product vendors, baking vendors, and other vendors may be accepted into the Evergreen Artisan Market at the discretion of the Prince Albert Council for the Arts.

    12. To ensure the event is appropriate for all attendees and their families, we kindly request that all items be presented with good taste and respect.
    ​2026 Evergreen Artisan Market Terms and Conditions
    Your application will be considered complete and ready for jury review only after both this form has been submitted, and the booth fee of $180 has been received.

    E-transfers can be sent to [email protected]. Please use “evergreen” as the security answer.

    Successful vendors will be notified by email. Please note that if the booth fee is not received within 3 days of submitting your application, it will be considered void, and you will need to reapply.

    Successful vendors that have been juried into Evergreen 2026 will be assigned booths by the event organizers. The map of vendor booth locations will be provided a few weeks before the event.


    Cancellation Policy:
    If you cancel by October 1st before the  Evergreen Artisan Market, you may receive a 50% refund. If you cancel after October 1st, you will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation must be sent as an email to: [email protected].

    Vendor Set-Up and Take-Down
    Set-up will take place on Friday, November 7th, between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM. All booths must be fully set up and ready for the show to open promptly at 4:00 PM.

    Take-down will begin no earlier than 4:00 PM on Saturday. Vendors who begin dismantling their booths before this time may not be accepted into future Evergreen events. Please ensure that you are fully packed and have vacated the building by 6:30 PM on Saturday.

    Each booth includes one six-foot table and one chair. You are welcome to bring additional tables, shelving, or chairs to suit your display needs; however, extra tables will not be provided.

    We recommend bringing additional lighting, as the lighting in the venue can be dim and cannot be adjusted. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own extension cords and lighting equipment. Please indicate above if you require electricity.

    Booth sharing is permitted; however, each vendor must be juried separately.

    Wi-Fi is available at the venue, and an on-site ATM is accessible for shoppers.

    Vendors are required to remain at the Evergreen Artisan Market for the entire duration of both show days and may not leave early (Friday until 9:00 PM and Saturday until 4:00 PM). Vendors who leave early on either day will not be invited to participate in future events.

    1. By submitting this application, I affirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submission does not guarantee acceptance, that the jurying process will be conducted impartially, and that all decisions made by the jury are final.
    2. I accept the terms and conditions outlined above. I understand that cancelling my application by October 1, 2026, will entitle me to a 50% refund and that I will not be entitled to a refund after this date.
    3. I understand that my booth fees must be paid by e-transfer (security answer: evergreen) within 3 days after I submit my application for my application to be considered for jurying.  If my application is not accepted, my booth fees will be refunded in full.
